Refund policy



RETURNS

At 3D Printers AU, we accept returns of any item (accessory, kit, or assembled 3D Printers) within 30 days of delivery. After this 30-day period, your purchase is considered final, and no returns will be accepted. Please note that shipping charges on the initial purchase are non-refundable. In the case where we accept a refund, not-required by law, 3D Printers AU will charge a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price. The 20% restocking fee is to cover the cost of us disassembling and re-testing components, and in addition, the buyer must pay all shipping charges.

To be eligible to return a function/undamaged product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account or PayPal account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have completed all the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ form.

SHIPPING

When returning your product, our team will provide you with a shipping address to return it to.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable. All returns must include trackable shipping and shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
